I. Material preparation:

4KG portable dry powder fire extinguisher 3 bottles, safety warning belt, 2 sets of gas mask, anti-corrosion gloves (one pair for each person), protective clothing (4 sets), rain boots (1 pair), iron bucket, yellow sand, spade.

2. On-site training:

Conduct the exercise requirements, precautions and on-site explanation of the plan; Make the following request

3. Exercise process:

Scene setting:

At 12:20 PM on November 18, the raw material warehouse operators found that the paint drum was broken and the paint leaked, and immediately reported to the on-site emergency command. After the on-site emergency command confirmed the scene, they immediately assembled the emergency team personnel, announced that the raw material warehouse had an accident and the emergency began, and instructed the emergency teams to begin emergency rescue work in accordance with their respective functions.

This drill mainly exercises the on-site rescue and plugging, evacuation, warning and disposal ability of emergency personnel when small-scale leakage occurs in the operation process of raw material warehouse, and does not involve personnel first aid and the evacuation process of the whole plant.

Walkthrough program

The raw material warehouse operators find that the paint drum is broken and the paint leaks, immediately notify the emergency command by telephone;

After confirming the emergency command site, notify the emergency team personnel to gather at the gathering point outside the warehouse and announce the start of emergency rescue;

All emergency team personnel wear labor protective equipment according to their respective duties to carry out emergency rescue:

a Evacuation team is responsible for evacuating workshop, warehouse and other workers to a safe area;

b Alert personnel will use safety warning belts to isolate the road entering the production workshop and be on duty at the intersection to prevent irrelevant personnel from entering the accident area;

c Fire team prepare fire extinguishers, in case of a fire during the rescue process, to put out;

d Emergency personnel enter the scene, first open the warehouse exhaust fan to ensure ventilation in the working area, and then start the rescue:

(4) After the disposal of the leak point, the on-site emergency command and equipment engineers shall inspect the repaired part, and arrange the decontamination team personnel to clean the site after confirming the successful disposal;

(5) The cleaning team covers the materials that leak to the warehouse floor with yellow sand, and then transfers the waste yellow sand to the hazardous waste warehouse;

(6) After cleaning, the warehouse safety person announces the end of the emergency;

(7) All personnel assemble, and the emergency commander comments on the exercise process and results.

Practice safety precautions

Rescue and decontamination personnel should wear gas masks, chemical protective clothing, anti-corrosion gloves, acid and alkali resistant rain boots and chemical protective glasses; The on-site rescue process should prevent personnel from slipping and falling; The pump used in the pouring process must have anti-corrosion and explosion-proof properties.
